1. Services

Simpli Web provides website development, app development, digital products and mentorship programs. Project scope, timeline and deliverables are defined in individual proposals/invoices.

2. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Development projects typically require an advance payment to begin.
• Digital products and mentorship fees are payable in full at checkout (EMI options where offered).
• Payments are processed by Cashfree / Instamojo secure gateways.

3. Digital Products

Product access is granted after successful payment. Licenses are for individual use unless otherwise agreed. Sharing accounts or redistributing products is prohibited.

4. Mentorship Programs

• Sessions are scheduled mutually; missed sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
• Program content and recordings are for personal use only.
• Results depend on individual effort — we guarantee mentorship quality, not income outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own their project deliverables as agreed. Our internal tools, frameworks and mentorship materials remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
